Sharing my space

Here are some pictures of the kids hanging out in the sewing room. It just happened that they all joined me in here one afternoon after school and I thought, "Wow, they're all here in the smallest room of the house getting along." They stayed in there with me for quite a while chatting to me and each other while I finished a few things up. It was pretty nice.

Oh my, that brought back memories...I spent many after-school hours sitting in my mom's sewing room, talking to her, while she worked on something...it's a great, non-threatening environment for bonding!!!

Yes, being on the other side of that memory, Marsel, it was also some of our best talks-even the boys would sit there after school to unwind.........glad to know you are making the same good memories, Jessica!
